The 10 BEST Items Bought in 2020
Ah, the time between Christmas and New Years when no one knows what day it is, cookies are a perfectly acceptable breakfast choice, and cocktails (or mocktails, in my case) are flowing without a care in the world.
2021 is right around the corner which means we are about to be bombarded with reflection posts, Spotify Wrappeds, and New Years’ resolutions. Now, all of this is fine and dandy (I do LOVE a good journaling moment to wrap up the year), but what I’m truly interested in is the BEST items purchased in 2020.
A few purchases have been on my mind over the past several months that I have shared here and there (mostly in my day-to-day life on Instagram stories) that I knew would make this list. They are the items that spark the question, “why didn’t I buy this sooner?”
On this list, we have my daily coffee maker for my signature coconut milk latte, the robot vacuum that saves our home from becoming a hairy mess, the slow cooker that I use at least twice a week (best dinner hack EVER), a pair of striped pajamas that I practically live in, and the cozy slippers that don’t leave my feet (yay for WFH life!)
I capped my list at 5 items this year, so needless to say, of ALL the items I bought in the past 12 months (trust me, there were a lot), these are my holy grail. These are the purchases I would recommend to my sisters, my Mom, my BFFs, and anyone in my life that I want to see thriving in 2021.
Additionally, I took this idea to Instagram and asked ya’ll what YOUR best purchases from 2020 were and, I must say, ya’ll came through. The responses I got made me want to write my Christmas list all over again.
Thankfully, since there are so many post-Christmas sales going on, it’s the best time to take advantage of the lower prices on these must-have items now.
